 No protected ACC converter Advertised to convert protected ACC, but wasn't a function of the program. This would save me considerable time if I could convert protected ACC files to MP3 or WMA files. Don't advertise this function if it doesn't exist. Otherwise, your products appear designed nicely.

 i am disgusted with this product, i paid for this a day ago from now and i still have not got any emails of the sort with the download link, so i asked for a refund, and yet again no reply, personally i think the website is very poorly run and the service is a load of crap! i will be taking this futher if i never get a reply because it was alot of money for me a student to pay for something i have not even got yet.
